The project included 160,000 square feet and was completed as fast track project. The project included historic preservation/restoration of the exterior weather tight shell; new core included stairs, elevators, toilet rooms and electrical storage rooms. There was a complete M/E retrofit, new fire alarm, data distribution, communication and security systems, parking garage improvements, seismic up-grades to 1997 UBC standards, new programs and finishes in all tenant spaces.

Inter Space, Inc. was responsible for the interior design package, furniture specifications, furniture bid documents and installation of the furniture.
